You can teach methodology. You cannot teach character. That’s why we start there.

Which is why most of our coaches come from special operations backgrounds, specifically irregular warfare. Not because of the resume it produces, but because of the character it demands. Irregular warfare doesn’t offer straight lines or templated solutions. It selects for people who can read deeply complex, multifaceted human dynamics in real time, adapt without a playbook, and find the right answer for this situation, not the standard one. It builds intellectual agility, selfless service, and the kind of attention to detail that saves lives. Those are exactly the qualities that make someone exceptional in the field with a rig crew, a leadership team, or an organization navigating its most difficult challenges.
